Help us help CTFC to attract the fans of tomorrow! It’ll take you fifteen minutes!

As you may have seen announced on the official site, this morning CTFC- in conjunction with the CTSA-launched a supporters survey designed to capture your views about the future of your football club.

Paul Prendergast, Chairman of CTSA, stated, “at CTSA we’ve worked closely with the club to develop an approach to fan engagement which is right for Crawley, its supporters and the wider community. We believe our club is something you can genuinely be a part of, but we also recognise that we can only grow this club with everyone’s point of view on board. That’s why I’m delighted to support this survey and why I’d urge EVERYONE to take 15 minutes to complete it. We are delighted to help and support Richard and Ryan in the work they are doing to help us move this great club forwards.”

Ryan Murrant, Marketing Manager at CTFC, added, “Over the last few weeks we’ve spent a lot of time talking and listening to our fans. We’ve also spoken to other clubs that have organically grown due to their successes off the pitch. At the football league awards the other night I sat there somewhat green eyed as I watched other clubs pick up awards for things that are, as it stands, out of our reach. We are working tirelessly off the pitch to improve the fan experience at the club and I believe that next year we can be in a position where we are recognised by the Football League. This survey will help us all move the club forwards. This is about the fans voice 100%. We want our fans to feel valued. As football fans that’s what we all want.

It is also essential for the club to communicate the results with our fans and then to ask for priorities in “fixing” things. In short it is proven that if we improve things off the field then we can attract new fans and increase the supporter base. We also need to listen to our hard core fans because they are the lifeblood of the club, they understand more than anyone just what it means and are best placed to help ensure that any decisions are taken with the best interests of the club, its values and its community at heart.”

The survey can be found here:

It will be accessible for 7 days, and all the results will be recorded exactly as they are written. The club will then communicate the results to you and ask you for your priorities. There will be no hiding from your views. If you have any questions, please email Ryan- ryanmurrant@crawleytownfc.com

One entrant drawn at random will win VIP matchday hospitality for they and 3 friends at either the Coventry City or Hartlepool United games.

Thank you, as always, for your support.
