TRAVEL STATEMENT – FEBRUARY 2016.

At the recent game against Mansfield, the CTSA was made aware by some members that travellers have recently been contacted with alternative offers of travel to away games. We therefore wish to clarify as follows:

At the end of last season, Tracey Cole was asked to stand down from the CTSA Board following some financial irregularities which were documented in the Board Meeting Minutes at the time. Furthermore, following what the Board considered a conflict of interest earlier this season, in running independent minibuses to away games, Tracey is now no longer involved with CTSA travel.

The CTSA would like to clarify that people travelling on independent minibuses to away games are NOT covered by:

  1. The Public Liability Insurance which we have for our travel.
  2. The refund guarantee that the CTSA offers in the event of a game being postponed at short notice or abandoned.

In addition, whilst the CTSA operates and adheres to the Data Protection Act 1988, we regret we cannot take responsibility for the security or misuse of contact details (including email addresses and phone numbers) incorrectly retained by former officials of the CTSA when their responsibilities end.

The CTSA remains the official away travel provider of Crawley Town FC. We welcome your suggestions and if you have any queries or feedback please contact travel@ctfcsa.co.uk or speak to a member of the CTSA Board at the cabin on a match day.
