Update from Fan Representative Steve Leake

Home | News
21st January 2018

As a result of the meeting held between myself and Kelly Derham last Tuesday the following points were addressed in response to questions from you the fans.

(Peter Bellamy) The state of the PA system in the West Stand is under review with the firm that is contracted to maintain it. Rest assured that whilst it is clearly deficient when the mic is being used it works well when the evacuation procedure is broadcast.

(Mick Fox) The club do not own the land between the East stand and the A23

(Bob Burgess) Corner flags for the BTEC team are the responsibility of the Community foundation and I will raise this with them shortly.

(Steve Herbert) The club took on board the need to engage with local towns such as Dorking, Horley and and Horsham and they will be looking at approaching these clubs before next season’s pre season friendlies.
Scarves are now in stock and the club rewarded travelling away fans at the Newport game by contributing to their drinks bill.

(Lee Mason) The club and the CTSA will be addressing the School of the Week system and will be looking to expand it as we finish this season and go into next.

There were several other points which were all met with consideration by Kelly but I cannot comment further until the responses to them are put into action.

Hope that helps and remember, if you want anything raised with the club contact me at any home game or by e-mailing me at fanrep@ctfcsa.co.uk
