New Crawley Town Disabled Supporters’ Association being launched.

Home | News

Dear Supporter

The club is keen to form a Disabled Supporters’ Association and asked Barb Robinson & Chris Cheshire to do some work on setting one up for this season. Over the past few months they have approached as many disabled fans as possible and there was a lot of interest from those they spoke to.

Well, now it’s about to be launched!

It will be widely publicised by the Club at the Fleetwood & Yeovil games, on the website and in the press, in an effort to reach as many disabled supporters as possible. Those supporters who had already been approached have been contacted, but any fan can become a member if they have some form of disability, even though they may not qualify for DLA.

The launch date is Thursday 2nd October and those interested to find out more are invited to meet John Gregory, Michael Dunford and, hopefully some players, at an event to take place in Redz – starting at 7pm on that date. A light buffet will be provided and the bar will be open for you to purchase drinks.

Please watch the website for further details, and spread the word among any disabled fans you think may be interested.

The aim of the evening will be to decide how to operate as a group, so please give it some thought and come with your ideas.

To help with catering, please let us know if you will be attending by contacting Barb – see contact details below.

RSVP to or call 01293 410000 and leave her a message.

Thank you!
