CTSA Fan Representative Statement

Mat Cowdrey, CTSA Fan Representative, would like to issue the following:

Dear CTSA Members,

Over the past 10 months, I have worked with the owners and executives of Crawley Town Football Club in an attempt to make the role of a Fan Representative on the Board a meaningful position. Sadly, we are still awaiting the first Board Meeting of the Club to be held.

In the absence of a Board Terms of Reference, I have drafted such on behalf of the club and shared these both with Preston Johnson and Chris Galley. These Terms of Reference should be approved at the first Board Meeting, should that ever occur.

Sadly, due to health issues and commitments away from Crawley, I feel that it is not appropriate for me to continue in the role as CTSA Fan Representative, and as such the AGM of the CTSA is an appropriate time at which to elect a replacement.

I have been a Crawley Supporter now for nearly 28 years and my support for the club will not wain. Even if I am not able to continue to be an active and engaged member of the CTSA, Crawley Town will always be our club.

Kind regards,

Matthew

The CTSA would like to record their thanks to Mat for all the work that he has put into this role. More information about the AGM that is taking place on the 2nd February and the election process will be released shortly.
